What is a PizzaPass Subscription?
PizzaPass is an annual subscription that is valid for one 12" cheese or pepperoni pizza, every week, for a year (52 weeks) for $249. That’s 52 pizzas, $4.79 each.
How much will I save?
With PizzaPass, you will save $687. This is a once a year, limited-time offer for our loyal customers. Don't expect to see a price this low again, till next year.
Until when can I buy a PizzaPass?
This year, you can subscribe to PizzaPass until Labor Day - Sunday, September 8th, 2024, and it’s valid for one year.
Where can I purchase a PizzaPass?
PizzaPass is ONLY available on our website during the month of August. Quantities are limited. Subscribe now to not miss out!
Can I get it delivered?
Yes, delivery is also available for a fee through DoorDash Drive.
When and how can I begin using my PizzaPass Subscription?
The 1st code will be emailed right after the purchase and will be valid for one week. Unique codes will be emailed each week until the Pizza Subscription expires.
Can I transfer my PizzaPass Subscription to someone else?
Of course. PizzaPass Subscriptions make GREAT GIFTS!
What happens if I don't redeem a pizza one week?
Each code is valid for the specific week it is issued. If you miss a week, the code will not roll over to the following week and we are unable to issue replacement codes.
Can I purchase multiple PizzaPass Subscriptions?
Of course. Pizza Subscriptions are great gifts for birthdays, college students, sports teams and even as a donation to charities. Pizza brings smiles and unites people!
Are there any restrictions?
Usually not, but once in a while, we may pause online ordering for an hour or so, to serve our loyal customers, like you, better and faster. As all pizzas are made fresh, It's always good to pre-plan and schedule the pickup time ahead. Please check our website for updates.
What is your refund policy?
Generally, once you've had it for 30 days or redeemed more than 4 pizzas, the subscription is not refundable. If you've redeemed four or less, the cost is prorated at the retail price per pizza of $18 each. You can request a refund by using our contact below. All refunds are subject to a 10% subscription platform fee and 3.5% payment processing fee.
